第一次聽到這首歌是在Glee. 乍聽還以為是歌頌青春的歌，We are young. 找了歌詞出來才發現是借酒澆愁才對。
網路上找了一些中文翻譯 (懶得認真看英文時都這麼做)，愈看愈不對勁，突然興致一來翻了歌詞。
原唱 Fun 的版本 無論是唱法或MV都比較接近借酒澆愁的情節

翻譯這件事也是很個人的啊。不過這真是一個很有畫面的故事。
聽著這首歌，我幾乎可以看到說故事的主角一杯接一杯，不想讓現任馬子和朋友發現太多，一切已經太遲難以挽回、借酒澆愁的畫面。
"喝吧~ 喝吧~~" 故作鎮定 說著 "乾杯吧! 今天就瘋到底吧!"
多想今晚再續舊情，"可以嗎?"

Glee的版本少了part 2的歌詞，果然就青春洋溢一些，聽起來比較像是一群朋友要在酒吧喝掛互相依靠的故事
就不是苦戀絕望瘋盡了
